Darwin

Je suis arrivé à Darwin le 30 mai. Après ces milliers de kilomètres dans l'outback, quel contraste de se retrouver dans une ville à l'ambiance tropicale en bord de mer. J'ai essayé de trouver un bateau pour aller en Asie mais c'est le tout début de la saison des trajets vers le nord et cela semble très difficile de trouver un bateau dans un délai raisonnable, j'ai donc acheté un billet d'avion pour aller à Bali le 10 juin.

I arrived in Darwin on the 30th of May. After thousands of kilometers in the outback, there is a real contrast to find myself in a tropical town near the sea. I tried to find a boat to go to Asia but it is just the start of the season for sailing trips to the North and it seems very difficult to find a boat in a reasonnable timeframe, I have therefore decided to buy a plane ticket to fly to Bali on the 10th of June.

This crocodile, who scared quite a few fishermen, weighed 780 kg and measured 5.1 m.
